Why we take a poster instead of making you fill in a form. Weymouth Town Council offers free event submission and its calendar showed an empty grid for the whole of August 2026. We Are Weymouth gave up entirely and asks organisers to email a radio station. The problem was never willingness, it was friction. People have a poster on their phone and that is all they are ever going to send you, so that is what we accept.
